Optical Networks, Video Streaming systems
In this course, we study of wireless networking, wired & wireless and seamless networking, and optical networking, and also multi-view video streaming systems, agent communication systems, network service platforms based on such networks, aiming to building a more comfortable network.
Many computers including mobile terminals connect networks and huge amount of data, particularly video streaming, are transmitted. With rapid increasing traffic demand, networks as social infrastructure need large transmission capacity.
In addition, another problem is that traditional network needs huge power consumption. Therefore, it is necessary for future networks to switch optical signal without optical/electrical/optical conversions. My research topic includes large-capacity multiplexing transmission network systems with considering characteristics of optical signal.
