Visualization, knot theory, Kleinian groups, bioimaging
Regardless of the subject, I study things that interest me at the time. I have done researches on the classification of link types of the closed orbits of non-singular Morse-Smale flows on the three sphere, group invariants of links, the twisted Alexander polynomial of knots, Schwarzian derivative of immersion between Riemannian manifolds, deformation of Kleinian groups. The computer program OPTi that I wrote has been used by innumerable researchers in Kleinian groups. I have also written a three-dimensional image processing program called DeltaViewer. Thousands of researchers in fields like biology, medicine and physiology have used the program, and I am developing new algorithms for it.
