Notifications and contacts for students

Notifications and contacts from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology are displayed on School website or performed by e-mail as a rule. For announcements made by the Student Center or by the Foreign Student Center, please check KOAN panel.

Subjects that cannot be displayed on the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology website may be notified by using panels below. In this case they will be notified separately.

Student Office

The administrative office for students is the graduates section.

How to obtain documents

  • As a rule, documents necessary for general procedures are posted on Graduate School of Information Science and Technology website in PDF format. Please download and fill them as you need.
    Documents not posted can be requested by e-mail to the graduates section.
  • Some documents may be distributed by Major Chiefs or within laboratories if necessary. In these cases, notifications are performed separately.

Student ID card issuance and re-issuance

Student ID cards are issued at the newcomers' guidance meeting. Validity periods are the standard completion years (2 years for the master program, and 3 years for the doctor program).
Student ID cards for students still enrolled after the end of the completion period are issued through laboratories.
