Software Engineering (especially related to source code analysis)

I am conducting research studies on program source code. Currently my research focuses on the following three points, (1) techniques regarding the detection, analysis, management and removal of duplicated code (code clones), (2) techniques to improve the maintainability and readability of source code, (3) techniques to mining software repositories for discovering useful knowledge.
