In the online (cyber) space and the real space, various services have been developed, where a large amount of data (bigdata) such as user and item (product, documents, shops, etc.) information and service usage histories have been generated. By analyzing such bigdata, various digital transformation (DX) technologies and application systems have been developed in order to provide personalized services for users and develop new services.
To achieve this, we have been developing efficient bigdata processing techniques and AI techniques. In particular, we have focused on development of cross-domain activity prediction techniques which predict user activities between different service domains. These techniques aims to contribute to generate new AI services with high social values.
