Concerning the period of result referral for the Fall and Winter Terms of the academic year 2023 and of credit registration for the Apring and Summer Terms of the 2024, there is news as below:

When registering for subjects offered by schools/graduate schools outside of your current school/graduate school, please be aware of the following deadlines regardless of the registration periods of your own schools/graduate schools.

Note on objection to the result

Proceed with the following steps and submit the objection form if any objection arises regarding the results.

[How to apply]
1. Download the objection form (JA) and fill in all the items requested.

2. Submit the form to Graduates Section Office during the period below.
●M2, D3 : February 22 (Thu) ～ March 6 (Wed)
●other : March 8 (Fri) ～ March 21 (Thu)
* For courses with a delayed grade announcement date, the objection period is two weeks from its announcement date.

3. The answers to your objection will be made and informed to you within 2 weeks after your objection form accepted.
* For courses offerd by other schools/gradudate schools, please check each schools/graduate schools for the objection system.
